The fight against violent extremism in Catalan society has led to the introduction of social surveillance policies within the educational field; the Protocol for the Detection of Islamic Radicalism (PRODERAI) is one example of this. Perception and attitudes towards gender and gender-based violence among mexican university students of Social Work

This article sets out the results of a study the aim of which is to gain an acquaintance of how university students perceive gender and gender-based violence along with their attitudes to them in order to offer elements that will make it possible to produce re-signification processes with regard to social constructs which encourage asymmetrical relationships between men and women. To this end, a questionnaire was handed out to 100 students reading the degree in Social Work at UNAL (Mexico).

Variability in decision-making with regard to child protection is gaining traction in social work. This article presents the findings of a quantitative study carried out with child protection professionals in the Basque Country.
